Design/ Build new 12 story apartment building in Downtown Berkeley including 143 apartments ,three level underground parking , ground floor houses for Berkeley Repertory Theater classrooms and commercial spaces.
Heat recovery VRV system total 275 ton cooling capacity for apartments and 35 ton water source heat pumps for theater , stairs pressurization system ,make up air units for hallways ventilation , EMS controls.
CO controlled VFD driven garage exhaust system
