Design/Build for five stories 45,000 s.f of the office building in Downtown San Francisco next to AT&T Park. The Base Building HVAC includes a 70 ton of VRV heat recovery system and dedicated make up unit for fresh air intake, centralized controller. General exhausts from common areas on each floor.
